I'm Fly, an atypical polytechnic student who likes cooking, painting, and design. I chose to apply for Enterprise Management during my postgraduate studies rather than continuing doing research in Environmental Science. In fact, I adapt to the new environment and skills very quickly ( I learned Cantonese in two months).

MSC in EEM
I applied for HKUST after my graduation . EEM is a comprehensive program designed for those who wish to start a career in management. I studied courses like accounting, supply chain management, marketing, etc.I did a lot of team projects here, which greatly improved my teamwork ability.

Team Leader
This year I participated in the L'Oreal brandstorm Hong Kong competition. During the competition, as the team leader, I completed the whole process from finding teammates, checking materials, choosing a track, setting an idea. I used sketch to draw prototypes, shoot videos, and make PPT for completing the whole project.

HRBP Intern
This is my second internship, I choose to work as HRBP in a large internet company. I was responsible for the whole process of the campus recruiting many times, and discussed the school-enterprise cooperation with the teachers from universities alone. Through this internship, I learned about the management model of large companies and participated in many large-scale recruitment activities.

Part-time TA
I have been a teaching assistant for various international research projects at GEC for a long time. I have worked with professors from Harvard, Cambridge, Princeton, etc. to provide students with Office Hour Q&A courses and helped them with their projects. I won the GEC's highest bonus many times and received praise from many professors.

Summer Exchange in Vancouver
During the summer vacation of my sophomore year, I successfully applied for the summer exchange program at UBC in Vancouver. I spent a very pleasant month in Vancouver,. More importantly, during the exchange period, I visited a number of companies, their management style and working environment fascinated me, which strengthened my idea of application the enterprise management later .

I started my first internship at New Oriental. Although it was my first internship, as the first intern of the teaching assistant group, I completed the task of recruiting 200 teaching assistants from 0.
